LTL Logistics leader Polaris Transportation accelerates revenues and puts customer service on a real-time highway with the Fiorano platform
Palo Alto, California. Fiorano Software, a leader in enterprise integration and messaging middleware solutions, announced that Fiorano Platform has been deployed by Polaris Transportation, a leader in LTL (Less-than Truck Load) shipment services between Canada and USA.
The Fiorano platform enabled Polaris to give its customers and partners access to real time information, instead of batch updates. The codeless integration capability provided by the Fiorano ESB obviated time-consuming development, removed redundancies and significantly improved time to market.
The results are dramatic; Polaris reports increased revenues and enhanced customer satisfaction, faster processing of orders with half the staff, a positive ROI in just a few months.
