As you progress working with API Management and thereby keep adding more projects, you may want to open a specific project or a set of projects with similar name, version, status or/and tag. Searching manually by scrolling up and down will be tedious. In such a scenario, to filter projects from all the existing projects, provide the criteria present under the Search section present at the bottom of the screen.

The options of criteria available is the Search section are described in the below table.
Search options | Description |
---|---|
API Project ID | Provide the project name or a part of the project name of the project that you are searching for; results appear as you type the text. In the above figure, the different versions of the project named "TestProject" got displayed by typing a part of the project name, that is "test ". |
Version | Provide the version number of the project to filter a project according to its Version number. |
Status | To filter a project according to its status which can be Active, Deprecated and Retired as present in the Status drop-down list.

Deployment Status | To search projects that are deployed or undeployed.

Tags | To search a project according to its Tag name as provided in the Summary page of the project. |
Click Clear button to clear the Search fields; the page displays all the existing projects.
