Adding an Event Process

A new Event Process (EP) project can be developed to meet your customized requirements, which has to be built on an Event Process Project.

To create a new Event Process Project, log on to eStudio and open any of the following panels:

Server Explorer panel (Window > Show View > Other > Fiorano > Server Explorer) in the Online Event Process Development view
Event Process Repository panel (Window > Show View > Fiorano > Event Process Repository) in the Offline Application Development Perspective.

Now perform the following actions in any one of the above panels:

Right-click Event Process Repository, and then click Add Event Process.

In the Customize Event Process dialog box, provide an appropriate name, choose the category (under which the Event Process falls) from the Category drop-down and click Finish.

Names will appear in sequential order by default, for example, Event Process1, Event Process2, Event Process3 etc.
To create a new category under Event Process Repository, enter a new name in the Category drop-down field.
