To save a profile to a location other than the current location, use Save as option from the tool bar. A dialog box is displayed with the target directory to be chosen. Once the target directory is chosen, the profile will be saved to the location specified.
This can also be done by using the File > Save As option from the menu bar or Save as option in the right-click menu of the profile node.
