When more and more projects get added, it would be tough to trace a specific project or a set of projects with similar name, same version number, status or/and tag by manually scrolling up/down. In such a scenario, to filter projects from existing projects, click the Filter button and provide the criteria present under the Search section present at the bottom of the screen.

The options of criteria available in the Search section are described in the table below.
Search options | Description |
---|---|
API Project ID | Provide the project name or part of the project name. For example, in the above figure, the different versions of the project named "TestProject" are displayed by typing a part of the project name: "test ". |
Version | Provide the version number of the project to filter a project according to its Version number. |
Status | To filter a project according to its status, select Active, Deprecated, or Retired as present in the Status drop-down list.

Deployment Status | To search projects that are deployed or undeployed.
|
Tags | To search a project according to its Tag name as provided in the Summary page of the project. |
Click the Clear button to clear the Search fields; the page displays all the existing projects.
